Founded four decades ago by master toolmaker Om Prakash, our facility was structured around a simple principle: die accuracy dictates metallurgical outcome. Rather than outsourcing tooling fabrication, every blanking punch, draw ring, and knockout die was turned in-house.
Today, second-generation metallurgical engineers manage daily press setup and blank lubrication directly on the shop floor, ensuring every batch meets strict concentricity requirements before clearing our loading bay.

Coordinate metrology
In-house toolmakers grind hardened D2 steel punch profiles and draw radii calibrated precisely to the material flow rate under cold hydraulic pressure.
Sequential reduction cycles transform flat blanks into deep, seamless cylindrical enclosures without intermediate seam welding or thermal distortion.
Each finished pressing undergoes digital coordinate measuring to verify wall thickness consistency, base flatness, and concentric diameter tolerances.
We analyze grain orientation, tensile limits, and elongation ratios of incoming stainless, brass, and aluminum coils to prevent wall thinning during severe reduction.
Cold sheet metal has memory. When you subject it to four hundred tons of hydraulic force, you must guide the molecular flow through the die rather than force it.
